Crownwell provides study abroad and student visa consulting services, which may include university and course selection guidance, application preparation, document review, visa application support, and interview preparation. The specific services provided to you will be set out in your service agreement or engagement letter.

You must be at least 16 years old to use our services. If you are under 18, you must have the consent and involvement of a parent or legal guardian, who agrees to these Terms on your behalf.

As a client, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, complete, and truthful information and documents
• Respond to requests for information within a reasonable time
• Meet application, financial, and visa deadlines set by universities or immigration authorities
• Comply with all applicable immigration and visa laws of your destination country
• Notify us promptly of any change in your circumstances that may affect your application

Delays or inaccuracies in the information you provide may affect the outcome of your application, and Crownwell is not responsible for consequences arising from incomplete or incorrect information you supply.

Our consulting fees are outlined in your service agreement. Fees are payable as agreed and are generally non-refundable once services have commenced, except where required by law or explicitly stated in your agreement. Consulting fees do not include third-party costs such as university application fees, visa fees, courier charges, or standardized test fees, which remain your responsibility.

Crownwell provides guidance and support throughout your application process, but we do not control and cannot guarantee decisions made by universities, embassies, or immigration authorities. Admission offers, scholarships, and visa approvals are granted solely at the discretion of those third parties. Engaging our services does not guarantee acceptance into any institution or approval of any visa application.

We may liaise with universities, colleges, embassies, consulates, testing bodies, and other third parties on your behalf. These third parties operate under their own terms, policies, and timelines, which are outside our control. Crownwell is not liable for the actions, delays, fees, or decisions of any third-party institution.

All content on our website — including text, graphics, logos, and guides — is the property of Crownwell Consultants or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute our content without prior written permission.

You agree not to:

• Use our website or services for any unlawful purpose
• Submit false, forged, or misleading documents or information
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' data
• Interfere with the proper functioning of our website

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services to any client who violates these Terms or engages in fraudulent conduct.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Crownwell Consultants shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services, including but not limited to visa refusals, application delays, or losses arising from decisions made by third-party institutions. Our total liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the fees you paid to us for the specific service in question.

Either party may terminate the service agreement in accordance with the terms set out in your engagement letter. Crownwell reserves the right to discontinue services if fees remain unpaid, if you provide false information, or if continuing to act on your behalf would violate applicable law.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in [City], Pakistan.

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our services or for legal reasons. We will post the revised Terms on this page with an updated “Last updated” date. Continued use of our services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
